How Do I Pay? - Once you have added your chosen item(s) to the shopping cart, simply click 'view cart' at the top of the page. Check the details are correct and select your delivery method. You will then see two checkout options. If you have a paypal account, you can click the yellow 'paypal' button and pay straight through your paypal account. If you would prefer to pay via credit/debit card, just click the white 'checkout' button and follow the instructions for a secure checkout.
Is this website/checkout process secure? - This website is protected by SSL encryption, meaning you can shop with confidence. Our checkout process is handled by a seperate secure payment gateway. If you pay by credit/debit card you will not be asked for card details until you have activated our secure payment gateway powered by Nochex, an online payment provider (payment will show up on your statement as NOCHEX). If you have a Paypal account you are probably already familiar with the ease and security this payment solution offers, however, if you would like to know more about the way Paypal works, please see their website, www.paypal.co.uk .
Will my details be passed on? - No. We only take your details for delivery and contact purposes. We do not pass on or sell details to third parties.
How will my item be delivered? - We offer free delivery to all UK and Northern Ireland addresses. If you select this option, your item will arrive via 1st Class Royal Mail (or standard parcel for some larger items). Please bare in mind that our free postal option does not include tracking. If you are placing quite a large order or your order is for quite a large sized product, we do recommend our courier service. We realise that in this financial climate you may wish to keep the costs down but it can be worth paying a little extra for peace of mind. We use a variety of courier services including DHL, UPS and FEDEX in a bid to continually keep the cost to you as low as possible. For full pricing information, see lower down this page.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELIVERY DELAYS THAT OCCUR ONCE YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN DISPATCHED, ALTHOUGH ALL EFFORTS WILL BE MADE TO AID CLIENTS IN ANSWERING THEIR CONCERNS AND CONTACTING THE COURIERS.
All canvas art and framed art is securely wrapped in foam/bubblewrap and then fastened securely in cardboard packaging before dispatch.
How much will delivery cost? - We offer free delivery to any address in the UK & Northern Ireland via the Royal Mail. We also offer secure door to door, fully tracked shipping by courier. We are continually comparing prices of many different courier services to ensure you get the best price. Courier shipping fee's are split into the following location based categories.
UK Mainland & N. Ireland (inc. Isle of Wight and Isle of Man) - £7.50
Channels Islands - £15.50
Europe/Eire - £18.90
Russia/Japan/China/Australia - £37.50
New Zealand - £49.50
USA - £28.50
Canada/Mexico - £34.50
South America - £44.50
Free UK delivery is shipped via Royal Mail and includes the UK, N.Ireland and the Channel Islands. All Airmail delivery fee's may vary depending on the size/weight of your order, however, customers in Europe/Eire WILL PAY NO MORE THAN £6.00 postage & packaging fee's. Customers in the USA, Australia and other overseas countries will pay NO MORE THAN £12.00 postage & packaging fee's when selecting Airmail.
Overseas customers, if you no any cheaper couriers, please let us know and we will use them.
How long will delivery take? - We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your checkout of this website. Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent to you, after which, please allow between 3-5 days for delivery on all products.
What is your returns policy? - Yes, we offer a No Quibble Returns Policy. Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods from us but simply changed your mind regarding their purchase, you may return these items for a full refund subject to the following conditions;
· Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Any damage that has occurred to the items whilst in your possession may affect your refund.
· Entirely Art MUST be notified of your intent to return an item within 7 days of receipt and then the item itself must be returned within the 7 days that follow that notification. We CANNOT refund on items returned outside of this procedure.
Any problems with any part of your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
To return your unwanted order, please carefully repackage the item(s) in the manner they arrived with you and then send it back to us. Once the goods are back with us, an e-mail will be sent and your full refund will be given. *Please note we can only refund your initial payment, we regret we are unable to refund any further shipping costs.
